First round was group discussion or Just a minute. Second round was written test (mcq model) based on networking concepts. Third round is HR interview. This is a train and deploy process

My interview was happen through my cocubes mark.And after that tere was an mail from the aons team for the further interview round.And after shortlisting there was a virtual interview.

First starting by brief introduction and then to technical part.
The interview process included GD and JAM rounds to evaluate communication skills, confidence, clarity of thought, teamwork, and the ability to express ideas effectively under time pressure in a professional environment.
