I did a walk in and was told to apply online and was told to call back once I completed the application. Completed the application called back and was given a phone interview, and then was asked to come in for face to face interview and then was told they had to do a background check which I passed and started work the next day

Brief straight to the point.The manager told me the 1st two weeks is the learning experience.And he was willing to work with me. He said make sure the shelves look very organized to get the customers to buy.He said most of the employees are very friendly.So basically we work as a team.
