Sit in a room with a manager, they ask you a few questions for 5-10 mins and are told the next stages. I'm sure as long as you take the interview seriously you'll get the job.

I dont remember, I have had numerous interviews from the 4 years since I first worked there.
the interview process was smooth. the interviewer was easy to talk to. the interview did not take too long and the outline/job description was easily explained during the process. all in all, it was a fluid interview process.

Interview
It was long, they are required to ask a bunch of basic questions that you have to answer. Lasted about 45 minutes for me. At the end you have to do a skit and say your part as a CDC ambassador to share the mission of that value village( they’ll give u the lines)
