Confused and convoluted. HR couldn't give a straight answer regarding benefits and they couldn't answer any questions. The job offer is HIGHLY dependent on if the interviewer feels that you are not too confident about your experience.

Extremely simple process. They prefer to hire within however will definitely hire externally. Questions involved are behavioral scenarios along with strengths and all about me questions. Again simple. No need for anxiety!!

Many of the interview questions revolve around specific instances that you 'went above and beyond' or how you dealt with a difficult situation. Though what they mainly focused on was how you hold yourself and others accountable.

Interview
Process took about a month. Three interviews. First with supervisor, second with a store manager, and finally 3rd with the district manager. First interview is standard situational questions. Second was more informal and included a tour of a store. Offer was given at third interview.
