Scalable Capital interview questions

The process began with a technical interview with one engineer that went well, covering technical skills and general experience. Next, I completed a take-home assignment. A couple of days later, I had a technical interview with two different interviewers. It felt awkward — they came across as tense and gave off a toxic vibe, which made me nervous, unlike the first interview, which was comfortable and constructive. No feedback was shared afterward.

Quick and fair process. Initially a talk with one of the traders (i applied for the investment management internship) about motivation and basic knowledge. Afterwards a 2h self-delivered assignment. Great flexibility as the time slot for both interview and assignment can be freely chosen
