Talk with the owner of a company Notes: During the process I had to reach out several times in order to know what is happening with my application. The process that should take 2-3 weeks took over a month (I was told that I will be sent a test, it did not happen, then after reaching out, i got it, then i was told to be evaluated which will take a week, did not happen, it took 2 weeks after reaching out to them). Tech Interview was awful, I was interviewed by not-so-senior developers who asked me basic questions that have nothing to do with practical coding, it was just academic theories about javascript. Very unpractical and nothing on senior level. After the company wanted to re-negotiate down my salary expectations. Terrible experience as in this level of questions and interviewers skill level, they could not evaluate a senior developer.
