AI interviews are not good, because there is set of words that AI want to listen but as a fresher you can't be that perfect with set of words so i feel it's bit unfair to judge by AI interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scaler in Nov 2024
Interview
It consisted of 3 rounds of interview. I cleared 2 rounds and attended 3rd round which actually went well. But the worst part is I didn’t receive any kind of mail or call from them. I wasn’t told if I have cleared the interview or not. I tried to contact them for a week but they didn’t pick the call up or reply to my messages. If hiring team from Scaler is reading this - I would request you to be a bit professional and finish the interview process without ghosting.
