I applied online. I interviewed at Scarlett Entertainment (Bristol, England) in May 2022
Interview
Sent application through indeed. Quick response via indeed from owner (nice they are in charge of recruitment) followed by an invite to have a zoom “call” with themselves and their co-owner a week after. Call consisted of them asking me questions about my work experience, how I manage my work and gave me the opportunity to ask them any questions. Call was about 20 minutes. Invited to complete a task for 2nd round via email. The task consisted of making a portfolio of entertainment for a made up event using companies’ existing suppliers and sourcing my own. It was a really fun task. Told by owner they were really impressed with my work and invited me for a final round zoom interview. Unbeknown to me, it was to go through all my decisions on the task and essentially present to them. Was offered an account manager position the same day (this position is a level up from the one I applied for) was really ecstatic by the opportunity. Went back and forth with recruitment manager who was a really kind and helpful. She answered any questions I had and responded well to my doubts over existing glass door reviews. Unfortunately the reviews was just too big of a red flag for me but you can see the company is trying to work on this, at least I hope they are.

Interview
A 20 minute online call with the directors of the company. Asked me various questions relating to the role following on from one another. Formal interview to begin with less formal as it went on.
I was told I would hear back that same week. I haven't heard anything since the interview.
