Scentura Creations interview questions

The first part consisted of three questions over the phone. The next part is a one and one interview, if it seems sketchy that they don't tell you much about the job, its because it is. The final part is a group interview where you are told to smile and pay attention as a represantive gives you a 2 hour lecture about the company to a group of 20 other "training managerment"

I found an add for a management job in the newspaper with no experience required. I called and they asked me to come in to interview in 2 hours, I arrived it early and saw that many people were interviewing. The music was really loud. I walked into who I assumed was the manager's office for my interview. She asked me how I would Describe myself in 1 word, told be some very broad info about the company and told me to come back on Thursday for a second interview. I came back and I saw even more people waiting to be interviewed. The Manager came in the waiting room and brought people to the back in groups of 5. We were told that the boss would come in to tell us about the company and we needed to smile and laugh at his jokes to get hired. After about 45 minutes of him talking he said he asked each of us to stand and answer a question and sent people out to the Lady in pairs. I answered my question and she told me that I was hired. I was very happy until I had realized that I had not been told the name of the company, They told me enough to figure it out.
