      Key Account Project Coordinator Interview

      17 June 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tustin, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schaerer (Tustin, CA) in June 2019

      Interview

Stay away! This whole organization is so disorganized and unprofessional. I had a great conversation with the recruiter. During the phone call the recruiter gave a salary for the position which I ended up using as my expectation during the in person interview. Turns out I was actually interviewing for two positions, which no one ever told me. Also, they told me my salary expectation was way too high (when all I requested is what the recruiter offered). Other than that the interview went really well and I got great feedback. They offered me a lower salary and ended up rejecting me after I said I was okay with it because they thought I was just accepting the first job offer that came my way. Overall: I guess just don't give a salary expectation when they ask since clearly there's miscommunication between HR and the hiring managers.
