Interview
Several rounds; screener, round table, and teaching observation. Seems to be inconsistent school to school within the same district. Some involve admin only, and others include various staff members. Overall, it seemed fairly similar to other school districts.

Question 1
In Spanish, an interview asked what my hobbies were. I was not interviewing for a Spanish or ELL position.
Completed online application. Then received an email to set up a phone interview that lasted approximately 60 minutes. Following the phone interview I received a call to have a in person conversation . The in person conversation was brief. 30 minutes. Mainly spoke about classroom scenarios and how I would handle each one.

Interview
Was interviewed by a team of 4 including the principal and head teacher; Lasted about an hour; Took along samples of work, book with recommendations, transcripts, lesson plans. Was called back for a part-time job and eventually, full-time till budget cuts played a role.
