There is a 2 to 3 set interview process and also a test for qualifications. The test had English, Math and specialty questions based on items that are sold at Scheels. The interview was very smooth and relaxed because the staff made you feel welcome and at home. The questions were not difficult, more on why would you like to be part of the Scheels culture.

I got a phone call a couple days after I submitted my application. She asked if it was a good time for a couple questions. And then commenced a screening interview. At the end of the call I was scheduled for my first in-person interview. The second interview was scheduled using text messages a couple day after.

Phone screening and then two in-person interviews. Much of the same questions were asked each interview. Second round was with more senior employees who in my experience didn't seem too keen on conducting the interview. Only one person asked questions. Overall an easy process.

First you go through a Phone interview with the HR assistant. Then you have 2 in person interviews and you have to take a test. Reading, writing, spelling and math. Then job proposal.
