Interview
Scheels is very in-depth during their interview process. They have usually two interviews with both of their HR managers. They are very in depth when explaining the position that you have applied for to make sure that you understand what you are getting yourself into. They also do an amazing job at explaining how the company works and runs as well as how everything operates to make sure not only that the position suits you well.
It was fine. Can be up to a three-part interview. The first is a phone interview. Then you get a callback for a second interview in person. Includes a test.
