I applied online. I interviewed at Schenck in Jan 2018
Interview
First red flag, the interviewers were late. Second, very unorganized, they never reviewed any of their documents in their hands so they kept taking the time during the interview to read over the sheets (my resume). One of those interviews where you feel like time was wasted and you knew you weren't going to receive an offer.

Question 1
Generic questions like why do you want to work here, what's your background, etc.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schenck (Appleton, WI) in June 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email the next day to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was completed and I was told they had other candidates to screen. They emailed me one week later to let me know they had completed their phone screens and they would be in touch early the following week regarding in-person interviews. They never called or emailed me back to let me know I hadn't been selected to continue in the interview process.

Tell me about a time that you were in an embarrassing situation in the workplace and what you did to overcome it?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schenck (Wausau, WI) in Aug 2017
Interview
Overall, a very efficient process. From the time I applied to the time I interviewed and received and offer was around 2 weeks. Interview process was several steps that included a phone interview and in person interview. Both the phone and in person interview were very personable and relaxed. It was very much about making sure it was a good fit for both of us.
