Discussion with the General Factory Manager. Presentation of the factory and future projects. Met part of the team during lunch. All people were very friendly and welcoming making the interviewing process more relaxing for the applicant. Some technical questions with discussion about certain projects that they are working on and your input and ideas about them. A lot of discussions about your past projects and experience.
