I met with the COO and his daughter in law who runs the charter division of the company. It was very informal and I learned very little about what my role would be as a dispatcher. They were vey upbeat and friendly and made me feel like I was joining a company that really cared about their employee's and they would be there for me should I need help or have any questions once my employment began on 04.01.16.
