Interview
First of all you go online to their website and look for available jobs. When you find the right job that suits you fill out the application and then one of their recruiters will contact you for a phone interview. The phone interview is just a series of questions and they give you a bit of information about the job you have chosen. This should take about 30 minutes give or take and if you meet the qualifications for the job you will get hired if you agree on the pay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask if you hold a current class A CDL.
They ask how many accidents you've been in, in the last five years.

Interview
Pretty straightforward process. Submitted my resume and once they didn't find anything on my record, I got the job. Answer some questions if you have funky stuff on your record.

Interview
Easy and simple. Work history, driving history, and criminal history all looked at. No tough questions, they just need drivers to move freight. They didn't ask me any tough personal questions about work or anything of the nature.
Scheduled call for a phone interview, asked about work history, driving school, if currently enrolled driving record, ect. It lasted about 1 hr, lengthy but I think they were trying to make it feel personal since drivers so often feel like a number
