Interview
Everyone I interviewed with was kind, clear, and engaging. 4 rounds, but it took more than 3 months. It was a really long process that was constantly being delayed. I was kept in the loop for the most part, and HR was apologetic for the length.

Question 1
How do you motivate stakeholders who are not on board with the project or who are not prioritizing tasks?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scholastic (New York, NY) in June 2021
Interview
HR was very nice. I had an internal recommendation, so my interviews were all in-person. One with HR, another with head of HR and a third, and last one, with the person I would be reporting to. Overall, it was more like a conversation -- very professional, but on the easy side, especially as they progressed to the person I would be reporting to.
