Overall I applied twice to Scholz & Friends as it was on top of my list of agencies where I wanted to work. I was really thrilled to see that they had open vacancies which really fitted my prior career experience. Unfortunately the first time I had to personally reach out to the contact person of the application process after not hearing from them more than 4 weeks. The second time I handed my application in again and never heard of them - I didn't bother to reach out again since I feel like if the process doesn't even work to send out formal rejection mails maybe the agency isn't the best fit for my next career step after all. I'm still a little upset since I would have loved to have a personal chat about the position and put a lot of work in my application. While I understand not everyone can be interviewed, I would have at least expected a reply with the rejection.
