Interviews held via phone, in-office, and a project related to the role. It did seem like they were still figuring out what they wanted or expected for the role. However, I was impressed with everyone at SGB. Great follow-up questions, active listening, and a fast-paced, but welcoming environment.

It was a panel of 4 other attorneys. They asked good questions, mostly about how I handled prior difficult scenarios plus the usual what is your best and worst quality, etc.
