The process was very straight forward, HR reached out and we set up a couple of different interviews with upper management. On the interview, the expectation were made very clear and a accurate picture of their operation was made rather clear.

Very brief. They looked over my resume and availability and then never contacted me. It wasn't until I contacted them two weeks later that they hired me. Other than that the interview was very easy and the manager was very approachable.
