I still think that SEL is the most difficult interview that I've had in my (short) career. They will go crazy on you and ask you all sort of questions. If you are applying for a full-time position they will fly you to Pullman and you will get "grilled" by 3 - 5 really smart R&D engineers, they will make you feel miserable and if you don't perform well you won't get an offer, regardless of how smart you are. Also, you will have to do a presentation in front of executives (Ed could be there too), so be ready to give a presentation in front of really smart people.
