If you're a fresh grad, you'll be able to answer basic electronic questions on the fly compared to someone experienced who don't use much of the concepts from previous employment.

Met with SEL at a hiring event in Boise, ID. Set up initial interview that was rescheduled for Phone Interview. Conducted phone interview (08/11), Questions included basic circuits analysis (filters, Current, Voltage, etc). Set up onsite Interview (10/11), Had Onsite Interview (11/11). Very courteous to interviewees. Flew me in, got rental car, hotel, all expenses paid. Met for breakfast with hiring managers, Tour, Written Test, Skills test, Lunch, Meet with "higher ups", benifits review, close with Recruiter. Written test included circuit analysis, writing expressions for equations, all stuff i learned (and forgot) Skills Test/Panel Interview tested your thought process for solving a problem (faild that too) and test if you know how to use standard testing equipment and can read a schematic. Equipment included O-Scope, Power Supply, Function Generator, and Multi-meter. The meeting with "higher ups" was with the gentleman in charge of all R&D, included more technical questions.
