Phone interview followed by on-site interview. Escorted to the interview room and interviewed by two people. Interview started off with simple questions about team situations and difficult situations explanation. They typically would hire people who want to stay in pullman compared to ones who won't stay in Pullman/don't want to relocate.

Hard process. Lots of time and effort required. 1 hour panel interview to start. Then a half day in person interview and dinner with team. Deliver a presentation to the team. Follow up 1 hour interview with managers.

Interview
The interview process takes more than 1 month. The first round was a normal behavior phone interview and it took about 30 minutes. The lady was friendly and energized. After more than 3 weeks, the hr called me again and scheduled an onsite interview a few days later. Since I haven't done it yet, so nothing to share.
