No phone screening. Started with F2F, Questions are very specific towards what they are doing not broader evaluation of you as a software engineer. Before calling candidates brief them the interview process. Could improve the recruiting process.

Interview
Quick introductory chat over phone, followed by a take home task given over email. Once this was done, they had two face to face interviews in the same day itself. Both were taken by a panel of around 4 people. Both were technical. This was followed by casual chats with the founders and then negotiations over email
