I remembered there was four interview sessions. The first session was interviewed by a HR staff, to differentiate between locals and foreigners. The question asked in this session was regarding your previous working experiences, qualifications, family background, and expected salary. Second interview session was conducted by another HP staff, to test your language skills. Having an additional language in hand will be an advantage, as language allowance will be given for mandarin speaker. Both written and oral test are required to be done in this session. Third interview session was conducted by the respectively project line manager. I could find out further information regarding my job scope in this session, The manager would judging and evaluating you in this session, so try to show a good impression would help you in getting the job. The last session of interview, the head of HR department was the one who interviewed me. This is the communication testing session, you will have a short talk with her. The talk was started by introducing yourself to her and she will just throw any kind of question to you. The key to success in this session is always put a smile on your face and try not to looking anxious while answering questions. Relax and talk slowly may help you to express your mind clearly. Be confident to yourself.
