Simple, with HR in the interview. Some have 1 round of interview and some have 2 rounds of interviews. As I interviewed for a normal officer role, questions were standard and not too difficult.

Tell me about yourself. Why did you choose this role.
Had to do a written test before the interview, and the written test was timed. And had to prepare a presentation that would be presented during the interview. Feels like a pretty chill environment.

Isn't there a clause about discrimination, and that HR is not supposed to ask about family planning? Was indirectly and casually asked by the HR about my plans. Really bothered me as I felt it contributes to the hiring decision.
