Science and Engineering Services Program Manager interview questions

The interview was very straightforward. They asked me some technical questions as well as some questions to see what I knew about the company and position I was applying for. They had a small panel of people on the phone that asked questions in succession.

The inverview was very straightforward with regards to the position, but not the specific program. I had no previous experience for the position that was posted and was told that if hired, I would be put with someone for OTJ. My overall perception of the people and the environment was that it seemed like a very fast paced company with a lot of moving pieces and the people seemed to all have a grasp on their responsibilities while maintaining graciousness.
