I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sciton (Palo Alto, CA) in June 2023
Interview
I was reached out by the recruiter. Then the initial round was a technical/coding round which went on for an hour. Technical concepts with proper explanation was expected. Later, was called for an on-site interview with the lead engineers. It was a technical interview which went on for an hour. I was then reached out by the recruiter and was interviewed by the VP of Engineering Department and the President of the company. It was an overall discussion on my background and work experience with some technical knowledge being shared both ways. Both the interviews went on for an hour. Finally, received an offer letter.

Simple screening questions, then they ask youto do a programming project in QT/C++ and QML, its not difficult. Then there is no communication for a week into generic HR rejection email. Process was cold and inhuman, par for the course for this company unfortunately.
