I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scoot (Singapore) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was smooth - 1 online test, 1 interview with HR and a manager and a final case interview. The overall process was very casual but the case study tested the candidate's capability to handle the job responsibilities of the position.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Scoot (Singapore) in Aug 2019
Interview
Interviewed with 3 RM personnel and 1 HR personnel.
They probed deeply into your motivation for applying to the role and check what you can bring to the table based on your work experience. The discussion was generally lighthearted where you get to know more about what the dept does. Can't help but noticed the lady interviewer from RM seemingly not engaged in the interview where she was on the phone texting away. Thankfully, had a great conversation with the other interviewers.
After the interview, was given a case study with 1-week prep time and subsequently, a presentation on your findings.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Scoot (London, England)
Interview
Got shortlisted and did an appitude test and went for second stage interview. Everything was fine, I even shared what how well I understand they functions. Until the HR, keep doubting on my capabilities by relating to my previous job functions comparing to the one I applied for. Of course, I have a bit of knowledge and some practical skills. Is a waste of each other time to even interview me when they had already review my CV prior to the assessment and interview.
