I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Scooter's Coffee (Omaha, NE)
Interview
I was called into the store and we sat and just talked to eachother about the typical interview things. My old manager did the interview and made me feel welcome and excited about the position. I felt very at ease and happy about what would come from working there. She offered me the job before I even left the store and my first day was the next day at 7 am.
The interview process is a quick turnaround, easy and clear. They provide a specific timeframe you'll hear back and make it clear what your duties, responsibilities and potential shift schedule will look like.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Scooter's Coffee (Lees Summit, MO) in Dec 2025
Interview
My hours for interviews weren’t compatible with meeting in person. I was offered a phone interview which I accepted and even messaged prior my intent to answer. When the time came, I received no call. So I sent a polite message asking to reschedule my interview and show my intent to join their team and I was ghosted. I am highly disappointed because I fully intended to go for the job especially since most jobs aren’t actually hiring like their ads say.
Just wanted knowledge of previous industry experience and availibility. Asked questions regarding working in a fast pace, team setting and eagerness to grow within the company. Asked about salary expectations, asked questions regarding personal life outside of work.
