Interview
The recruitment process was extensive, consisting of an initial intro call, a Hiring Manager interview, a home assignment, and a technical interview. This was followed by a high-pressure Cognitive Ability Test and a final team meeting.
I am honestly disappointed with the outcome. Despite receiving feedback that my technical work was "perfect," the company ultimately decided that "technical strength is only one part of the role." It’s frustrating to excel in every technical area only to be told it isn't enough.
My advice for future candidates: If you aren't naturally a "chatterbox" and prefer to listen rather than talk, you may need to pretend otherwise. To succeed here, it seems you have to project a very cool, talkative persona to prove your "social fit," regardless of how strong your actual work is

Interview
Process: Screening, test task, and review.
Everything was super friendly and felt more like a discussion than an interview. It was very pleasant and stress-free. Scoro has multiple test tasks and allow you to choose any of them and also any tech stack (JS, PHP, or Go) is permitted.
Tech interviewers liked my test task and gave the impression that everything was good. However, after a few days, they rejected me, stating they specifically needed PHP. I was surprised they wasted my time by saying any stack would work when they actually wanted PHP.
