Pretty straight forward interview, first interview was with HR over the phone- followed up with an in person with HR and one counterpart in a similar job function as to the one I interviewed for. There is a personality profile you have to complete online prior to the second interview. Second interview was the supervisor to the position I applied for and the two people from the previous meeting.
