First Round - Phone screen with HR
Second Round - Group/Panel Interview (met with AD and two Directors)
Sent thank you letter and waited for feedback - did not receive offer as I was overqualified and they needed a younger candidate.
Overall, was a pleasant experience and had a quick turn around time which was good.

Investment strategies I've been involved in, understanding of credit/hedging instruments, etc.
First interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. No HR screening or HR contact was given, and my first interview was scheduled by simply sending a calendar invite.
3 rounds, HR, hiring manager and then panel interview. Very pleasant and helpful individual. Smooth process but took 4 months from start to finish but expected from big organizations. Would recommend.
