Applied online, did not hear anything for about 6-8 weeks. Began with some personality tests and a phone interview with the recruiter. Here we discussed the regular things, the job, basic interview questions, etc. The recruited was friendly and easy to correspond with throughout the process. There is a training centre in Calgary where they typically recruit a group of advisors at once and train them together. However, I was placed right in a branch from the beginning. Depending on timing you could expect both. After this I had an interview in the branch where I was to be posted, and received a call later that day with the offer.
