Applied for the position with a resume and cover letter. Used our university's co-op job search website to find the job. Interview was mainly interpersonal and situational questions, no technical questions at all.

Amazing interview. Very knowledgeable team and great experience. I would interview anyday again. Employee experience at its finest. Took time and really understood their culture and values. I think its a great fast paced enviornment but pay is a little low

i have only got into the phone screening, they sent me an email to confirm my time preference and it was 15-20 min maximum on teams with the hiring manager.
HR call followed by in person interview. Questions are mixture of situational and technical. Recommended to practice ahead of the interview in order to perform well and maximize chances of getting position.
