Online Application. Contacted me after 2-3 weeks through an email for a video interview. In the video interview they give you 5 questions where you have to record your answers. It was great because you have the ability to restart your answer if you do not like the way you answered. I was then contact within the week to schedule a phone interview for the week after. Phone interview was mostly behavioral questions.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
