we first spoke on the phone a couple of times. Then we met in person, myself and the customer service manager. They conducted an extensive background check, this was done by a independent private investigation company. Everything on the resume was verified and checked. The process takes approximately 4 weeks.
The interview was in person at the branch location in Winnipeg. They were asking a lot of questions about your punctuality, what technical skills you may have and what your long term employment plans are.
Good phone chat, standard HR interview questions (For example, “tell us about a time you solved a problem,” “tell us about a time you helped people with different goals work together,” that sort of thing.)
