I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Halifax, NS) in Sept 2014
Interview
It was a panel interview. The start of the interview is when everyone trades business cards, gives a brief intro, then leads into the questions. It is a fairly formal process, where they all have booklets and record your answers, and ask questions in a sequence. The panel is generally hard to read or get a visible reaction out of them.

Multiple rounds across varying levels of seniority. Mix of in office and virtual. No surprises fairly straightforward process. Not a ton of structure moreso individual scheduling with each team member.
Phone interview followed by a video interview during which basic questions were asked about my CV, past experiences, qualities and skills. Pretty straightforward process. Received an answer about my candidacy the following day.
