I applied through other source. I interviewed at Scotiabank
Interview
Very simple interview process. Just applied and got an interview then got the job a week later. It was a pretty straightforward behavioural interview in my opinion. It was a good interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Toronto, ON)
Interview
2 rounds of interview: one with HR and one with Assistant directors. The interview was relatively short and in person. A lot of behavioural questions and some technical questions (with emphasis on time management).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioural questions (about 65% of the interview)
Technical questions (35%)
Plum profile (no resume), one way interview (2-4 behavior questions)
The nest stage is a group coffee chat, after that the HR will reach out to you for a suitable position if it went well (in my case it did), Then final stage is simply a behavioral interview. It went well, and flowed like a good conversation, wasn't selected likely due to their being a better fit.
