Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scout Exchange (Boston, MA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening with the recruiter and they prepared me for another call with my future boss. The questions were pretty light, went over general knowledge of what the position entailed.
They invited me for an in person interview afterwards which was with other directors of departments and team leads, everyone asked a different array of questions that pertained to how the position would interact with them. It felt like each person's questions were aimed to see if I would make their job harder to do or if I could support teams as needed.
The process took about 3 hours and I received an offer about a week later.
