Interview
It was multiple phone calls with different individuals in the company. I also had to do an assignment to show my sourcing abilities. I never heard back from the company after they said they enjoyed speaking with me. Also, I followed up to get feedback and asked if we were going to procced with my application. Just completely ghosted!

Interview
The interview process was quick yet thorough. I was quickly moved through to the next stages with no anxious waiting around to see if I'd been successful to get through to the next stage. I met a lot of people from scout across the interview stages which was great as you could really get a feel for the company culture. I was put at ease straight away at all stages of the interviews, everyone was very friendly!

Interview
The interview process with Scout was very straightforward and informative. Through 4 stages of interview I was given the oppotunity to speak with multiple team members, including (my now) Line Manager and the Founders of Scout, Adam and Ed. I was guided through the interview process, with tips and updates provided when needed, and found the team lead each stage in a a style that made me feel relaxed. In turn this allowed me to open up and ask lots of questions about the role at Scout.
