Very easy, you really need to mess it up to not land a job. The person was really nice and had a pleasant conversation and got hired right there and then.

Initial phone call to determine interview time and date. During the interview, the questions were mainly generic get to know you questions. They also asked why you picked the position or positions. They also will ask you about your previous experience in scouting.

One sit down interview with leaders from the Middle Tennessee counsel. Questions were professional and relevant to the job. All persons at the interview were attentive and seemed very interested in the prospective candidates. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
