Normal questions on the basis of STAR technique. Interview questions were normal and easy to answer but what I believe now is that they open up a vacancy whenever they have a new project in the pocket. takes out ideas ( as number of people apply for a role) and choose the best idea. Then, they freeze the hiring without actually offering anybody a offer letter. Worst experience so far. I was skeptical about it since day one but now I am 100% sure that's what is their best business practice.
