Screwfix Retail Assistant interview questions

Interview was very easy and the staff were very friendly. Mostly asked about why I wanted to work at screwfix and customer service. About a week after my interview I got an success email with an offer of employment - but the key dates and location etc were missed off. I did ask them to clarify, as I assumed it was a tech glitch. 24 hours after that I got a standard/generic rejection email from Screwfix No-reply. I emailed AGAIN to ask if i actually had a job or not. The next day, I got another no-reply email that was very impersonal and just said they accidentally sent the offer email and that I did NOT actually have the job. The staff I met at my interview were fine but since then, it has been a very stressful roller coaster and poorly handled. I turned down other opportunities after I was offered the screwfix job

very good and i was asked questions about my skills and what i can offer to them and they also asked about my teamwork skills. i went to the shop and then i waited a few minutes before i was asked to go into a room and then they started the interview
