Interview
The interview was conducted over a zoom call with fairly easy to answer questions. I interviewed with the just one person and she as friendly. The overall tone was very laid back.

My comfortability being in the store alone - opening and closing the store.
Quick responses but takes a bit for everything to unfold. Also the season effects a lot of how quickly you will begin work. Very flexible vibe and they will get back to you if they say they will.
