Drive to sunset beach for a face to face interview, where the "decision makers" sell you a false set of goods. Everything they say is a lie. HR or the "CEOs" "friend" conducts the entire interview as the "CEO" is helpless. Hopefully if you read this you will get the hint that this place is a joke and a dump. If you want your career to die, work here.

Interview
It was fairly easy and straight forward. I was blind-sided as they asked me to send samples of my design work. Then when I designed things for them they seemed disappointed. Not sure why I was hired if they were not happy with the samples. I was hired as Marketing Administrator but at first they treated me as if I were the Director. Then they hired a consultant and now I am out of a job.

Interview
3 interviews 1 st was with the Department manager during which I received full information about position and requirement and then was given a tour of the property... Second interveiw was with the Head od department, this is where the hard questions were asked and answered... Salary requirements, value to the company and ect. Third interview was with HR for drug testing and legalities... Pass all these and you are hired
