Got the second interview and the new interviewer (an old technical engineer doing SAP stuff, another dog, seems to practice dog eats dog mindset) for 2nd interview starts busting my balls with why I want to leave my current job. I tried to reason with career growth and busted my balls again with "you will leave us one day, right?" questions and gave me an impassionate speech about how a person should behave/live in life.

Question 1
1. Why you want to leave your current job? 2. Will you leave us in the future?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Seaco Asia (Houston, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was first contacted and prescreened by a 3rd party recruiter. The process honestly didn't move too quickly but a month or two later I was selected for an in person interview with the head of HR and also some local people. Second and final interview involved meeting with several executives overseas that were in town for business. Overall, a very positive experience

Standard interview questions, but focused on past projects and successes that I've had.
