      School Principal Interview

      14 Nov 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Seaford SD in July 2012

      Interview

The process was very challenging. There were 12-15 people on the panel. There was a school level interview and then a board interview. Be prepared to answer complicated questions aligned to standards and performance. Study the school carefully as they will gear the questions to the school you would be serving.
