I applied for Seagate during a recruitment talk at my university. I submitted my CV at first and then the hr showed interest and did a brief interview on site. After the first round interview, my future boss called me and did a telephone interview. It's a quite effective application.
The hr enthusiastically helped me find a position, linking me with jobs that were related to my interests. I was impressed by how professional they were and how well they managed to link me with jobs that i found interesting.
There are only two rounds of interview. The first is the screening call with the HR recruiter which lasts about 10 to 15 minutes, the second is with the hiring manager
Great people, recruiter, very smooth process and I highly recommend to any prospective students looking for foot in the door. It will be a very enriching and learning experience that will skyrocket your career
